As a researcher, I focus on stage and performative corporeality: body image and the dynamics of bodily presence in the history of art, musical theatre, dance, performance art, and pop culture. As an artist, I explore interdisciplinary approaches and use bodily practices as a key to recognising other media. As a dance educator, I work primarily with children.
I am based in Frankfurt, Germany.

My movement experience began in sports: I practiced rhythmic gymnastics as a child and identified as an athlete for over ten years. At 14, I started dancing, focusing primarily on ballet. Overall, my movement background includes ballet, folk, variety, ballroom, character, street/urban dance, jazz, somatic practices, and contemporary dance techniques.
My research approaches are grounded in knowledge that spans the human sciences, arts, history, and music theory.
As a dance educator, I draw on my diverse movement experiences, tailoring my approach to the specific needs of each case.
